Privacy Policy
Last updated: 3 July 2026
This Privacy & Data Protection Notice explains how Product Scope Ltd collects, uses and safeguards personal data when you visit productscope.uk or get in touch. Our processing follows the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
1. Data Controller
The data controller is Product Scope Ltd (Company No. 14373211), registered at 7 Bell Yard, London WC2A 2JR, United Kingdom. For any question about privacy or how your personal data is handled, contact us via the contact form.
2. Personal Data We Collect
Personal data may be collected when you submit an enquiry through the contact form, or communicate with us by email or other direct means. This may include your name, email address, and any information you choose to provide about your project or query. Personal data is not sold, and is not used for unsolicited marketing.
3. Purpose of Processing
Personal data is processed solely for legitimate professional purposes: responding to enquiries, providing requested product-management and advisory services, maintaining communication records for service continuity, and meeting legal, regulatory or professional obligations. No automated decision-making or profiling is carried out.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the requested services and meet applicable obligations. When it is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymised using appropriate technical and organisational measures. You may request deletion at any time, subject to any legal or professional record-keeping obligations.
5. Cookies, Analytics & Third Parties
This website uses no cookies. No advertising, tracking or profiling cookies are set, and no browsing profile is created about you. Because the site sets no cookies and does not track individuals, no cookie-consent banner is required.
To understand overall website usage, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics — a privacy-focused service that measures aggregated, anonymised statistics such as page views, referring sites and visitor country, without using cookies and without tracking or identifying individual visitors.
The site's fonts are self-hosted and served from this domain, so no third-party font service receives your information. As with any website, the hosting and content-delivery provider that serves the pages may automatically receive limited technical information, such as your IP address, as a necessary part of sending the page to your browser. This is used only to deliver the website and is not used to identify or track you across other sites.
The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-focused bot-detection check that helps confirm submissions come from real people rather than automated scripts. It is designed to work without cookies and without tracking you across other sites. When you submit the form, your message is transmitted through Cloudflare — which briefly checks your IP address to prevent spam and abuse — and delivered to us by an automation provider (Make). These providers process the submission only to pass your enquiry to us; they do not use it for their own purposes, and the information you send is then handled as described in this notice.
6. International Data Processing
Product Scope works with clients internationally, so personal data may on occasion be processed or accessed from outside the United Kingdom. Where that happens, appropriate safeguards are applied so that personal data is handled securely and in line with recognised data-protection principles.
7. Your Rights
Under the UK GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold, request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information, request deletion where legally permitted, restrict or object to certain processing, obtain your data in a portable format, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Requests may be submitted via the contact form. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
8. Security
Appropriate technical and organisational measures are used to protect personal data, including secure HTTPS hosting, access controls, and routine system maintenance.
9. Changes to This Notice
This Privacy & Data Protection Notice may be updated from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version, and periodic review is encouraged.
